We've had the amazing opportunity catch up with a top chef who has worked with athletes in the National Hockey League and the National Football League. Here is one of our favorite healthy recipes, as mentioned in GQ.

Almond Super-Seed Bars

1 ½ c almond butter

½ c honey

½ c pumpkin seeds

½ c sunflower seeds

¾ shredded coconut

¼ c flax seeds

¼ c hempseeds

¼ c chia seeds

2 T ground cinnamon

Place pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a food processer and pulse for a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients and chop until all ingredients are well incorporated. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Press mixture into cookie sheet, making approximately ½ inch think and taking care to make an even rectangle. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut into 2 x 4 bars.
