RETURNS

To initiate a return, click on the Returns and Exchanges tab at the bottom of the website. We accept returns within 14 day of your order being received. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached to be eligible for a refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Returns can take up to 7 days to process, please email us at info@townsendoutfitters.com to inquire about the status of your return. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund. 

 

EXCHANGES

To initiate an exchange click on the Returns and Exchanges tab at the bottom of the website.  We offer free shipping for all exchanges to be sure that you get just the right fit. If your goods are defective or damaged please promptly contact us at info@townsendoutfitters.com so we can offer you a replacement.  

 

SHIPPING

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and will be shipped though USPS. You will have the choice to choose your preferred method. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. 


AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. If you want a particular item or size and it is sold out please contact us at info@townsendoutfitters.com.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be processed at the end of each business day and shipped the following. We ship Monday through Friday except national holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
